Team work and continual education of its employees are certainly a prerequisite for the development of any institution. The Educational Centre has a library, information technology and internet centre, and the well-equipped hall where eminent experts often give lectures and presentations and where specialist trainings are often organized. Very often the School of Obstetrics Academic Vojin Sulovic is run here. The Educational Centre has also started publishing. A collection of works by doctors and nurses is released regularly; in 2006, the Handbook for nurses Procedures of nursing services and medical-technological operations was published in Serbia for the first time. Recently, a book by Dr Vladan Živaljević Anaplastic Carcinoma of the Thyroid Gland was published. PR Department publications include newsletters, internal newspapers, guidebooks, and internet presentation updating. Healthcare Centre is a tuition-section of the Faculty of Medicine in Kragujevac. At present, Healthcare Centre in Valjevo employs one PhD Med. Sci., 10 MSs, 14 doctors holding the title of Primarijus, 26 sub-specialists and 18 doctors-specialists who are doing their sub-specialist studies.
